32 Slice New CT Scan & 4D Ultrasound Machine Inaugurated by Congress MLA Mr. Tanveer Sait

MLA and former Minister for Education, Mr. Tanveer Sait today formally inaugurated the upgraded department of Radiology at Al-Ansaar Hospital with a 32 slice CT-Scan and 4D Ultrasound at Mysuru. Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Tanveer Sait, congratulated the management of Al-Ansaar Hospital and reiterated the importance of utilization of waqf institutions for the setting up of hospitals and educational institutions. He stated that he has been a mentor for the hospital since its inception and encouraged the management to expand the hospital and set up super-specialty departments including cardiology. 

Dr. Iftekhar Ahmed, Medical Director of Al-Ansaar Hospital said that Al-Ansaar already has a super-specialty Operation Theatre and advanced surgeries including Neurosurgery (Brain tumors, Aneurysm clipping, and craniotomies), Joint replacements, plastic and reconstructive procedures, urology, and pediatric surgeries are being done for the past several years. Fully equipped ICU backup is provided with round-the-clock intensivists. He also discussed the plan to expand the hospital by adding additional departments and increasing the number of beds. Paramedical courses and emergency care training for doctors will be started after expansion.

Janab Abdul Azeez (alias Chand saheb), Janab Saleem Saheb, Mr. Anwar Pasha (alias Annu), the committee members of Masjid-e-Ya Allah, and the directors of the hospital were present on the occasion.
